Questions and exercises for journalism students.

I am a Mass, ma resident and your article is missing some items like the fact this is NOT working for working family’s who have coverage. In fact its causing huge increases in our rates and infringes on our rights.
My family is now starting to see the fall out. For years we have worked hard and carried a top level TUFF health care insurance. Today on Sep 9th 2008 we received a letter saying and I quote ” Your Health Plan Does Not Meet the minimum Creditable Coverage Standards” Mind you we carry a Premium family plan. What we don’t carry is Prescription coverage as we can pay cash at Walmart, of all places and get much much better rates.
The state of MA is forcing my family to pay $900 more USD for something we don’t even need. They can’t even build a road “Big Dig” now they are trying to run medical. If there is a federal Judge or anyone out there I implore you please step up and help protect our rights.
What has resulted is a $900 new tax and the coverage is much worst.
I was born and raised in MA and sadly its violation of personal rights no longer make it a place I can call home.
