We hate to bring this up again. But, yesterday, The Washington Post continued to misreport the number of months early President Bush received a discharge from the Texas Air National Guard. Earlier, they had it at six months. Yesterday they amended that to seven months.
As Campaign Desk has demonstrated ad nauseam, official documents show that President Bush left the Texas Air National Guard after serving FIVE YEARS, FOUR MONTHS, AND FIVE DAYS, OR NEARLY EIGHT MONTHS before his original six-year commitment was set to end.
Sheesh.
