At Slate, David Weigel reviews Sarah Palin’s latest book, America By Heart, and, mid-review, offers this “how to” for others assigned to write about it:
The smart thing to do with a Palin book, if you’re a reviewer or a reporter, is to skim it. Look for names that will make good headlines. Look for attack lines and anecdotes. If Barack Obama’s name appears in the text, you have a story: Sarah Palin Slams President Over [Insert Subject Here].
In other words, reviewers and reporters: remember what you do with non-Palin-authored books? Do that.

Haha. I guess actually reading stuff is so 20th century.

How silly it is to think that a 'REAL REPORTER" doing their job would read and not already have their mind made up, but hey you can always follow the money and see Soros butters your bread so you jump when you hear the bell right?
