This is [the White House press corps] area in L’Aquila. It’s actually a converted volleyball court and we are sectioned off from the overall press corps. All of a sudden there was an awful smell! We just learned, it’s a sewage problem for the entire G8 site and the organizers are “working on it.”

(At least some of the traveling press should be accustomed to it. Remember this during the 2008 campaign?)
