On the subject of Hillary Clinton being chosen as/agreeing to be Obama’s Secretary of State, Kevin Drum, of Mother Jones, promised a couple of weeks ago that he would “eat my hat if it turns out to be true.” And here, via some cake-and-icing-and-M&M transubstantiating, he does just that.
