Fox News squeezed a second night out of Greta Van Susteren’s interview with 18-year-old Bristol Palin (mother of baby Tripp and daughter of Gov. Palin, who also made an appearance in the interview). Wasn’t much to it, but for a lot of talk about sleep deprivation and, maybe, this:
