has Levi, actually not committed statuatory rape,and shouldn't he register as a sex offender?

Levi has NOT committed statutory rape. The age of consent in Alaska is 16, and even if the purported "victim" is younger than 16, the accused must still be more than 3 threes older in order to be prosecuted.
Bristol Palin was 17 when she got pregnant, and Levi is only a year older than she is.
This "rape" accusation is just another liberal crack dream inspired by an acute case of Palin Derangement Syndrome.
Hey, but why let the mere facts get in the way of liberal fairy tale, right?

How many people are in the same situation that Levi is in. They turn 18 and are now registered sex offenders. Consent or not, the people will compare their situation to Sarahs and wonder why the legal system has deflamed their son. Vote for Sarah not me.

In a major national story recently, a young black boy still sits in jail with a 10 year prison sentence, for having consensual sex with with another minor. He wasn't a 'liberal', nor were the Southern judges and courts who convicted him.
They did that to him because of the far Rights extremist views that consexual sex before marriage is a sin. And they went further to punish the males -particularly black males because I can fin no case involving imprisonment of a white boy - by requiring they register as sex offenders when they left jail.
He was an honors student and a star athlete. No AP reporter went to tell his story.
Didn't see any Right wingers coming to the defense of such unjust laws.
One judge did order him released later and said the registration would not be required. The Right wing courts and Justice Department are seeking to overturn his ruling...of fair justice.
