After reading today’s New York Times editorial about the recent study implicating prescription pills as a way to eliminate child obesity, I noticed the most popular Times articles this morning:











It would seem that readers have a case of the munchies (see the first, second, sixth and eighth most read), not to mention an unhealthy obsession with Maureen Dowd’s cutesy column from last week.

This means that the only thing to interest the average Times reader more than a delicious chocolate chip cookie recipe is the difference that twelve hours of refrigeration makes in, you guessed it, a chocolate chip cookie.
