“Inspired” by the news that the New York Times Company, citing its trademark, had successfully convinced The Food Section blog to abandon its “All The News That’s Fit to Eat” tag line, Neiman Lab’s Zach Seward dug up all 411 trademarks currently and formerly owned by the New York Times Co. Former trademarks now “dead” include “TimesFax,” “You Are What You Read,”and “Boldface Names.” Still trademarked? “Really?,” “A Night Out With” and “Where The Conversation Begins” (though, thankfully not, say, “The Kicker,” or “The Audit.”)
