Ross Douthat’s latest Times column–on the subject of, yes, the culture wars–features a small typo: a missing period in the third graf, below, between “policy” and “He.” Which, when glanced at quickly, seems to ratify the Obama-as-God conceit that Douthat, of all people, surely would not want to perpetuate. Oh, the irony.
