Correction: This article originally reported that the public radio program To the Point is produced by NPR. In fact, the program is co-produced by Public Radio International and KCRW, a Los Angeles-area public radio station. The relevant sentence has been corrected. CJR regrets the error.

Michael, very good article here. I felt the same way while reading the NYT piece. It was exposing something, but not quite damning. I posted a link to this story at my site Dear Dirty America. Thanks for the great work!

Glenn Greenwald did much more than just decry Obama's hypocrisy. He drilled the NYT for its uncritical and near-worshipful coverage.
So did Robert Scheer: http://www.truthdig.com/report/item/hope_burning_20120531/
And Chris Floyd: http://chris-floyd.com/component/content/article/1-latest-news/2247-hymns-to-the-violence-the-nyts-love-letter-to-obamas-murder-racket.html
Devastating.
