Yes, we do. And we also have been using chlorhexidine wipes and soaps for years. And we also will sometimes want to stick a Q-tip with antibiotic ointment up your nose, just a little, so don’t fidget.

I read fairly recently about a study of the effect of combining typical antibiotics with another drug. When applied to resistant bacteria in a pitri dish, the combination was markedly more effective against the resistant bactera. I do not recall the name of the drug but it was nothing exotic. The finding seemed to be a bit of serendipitiy . Know anything about this? Is sounded quite promising and exciting.
