David Holmberg is a former New York Newsday reporter and a former senior editor of The Village Voice. He taught journalism for four years at New York University. His play, I’m Dying Now And I Did Not Kill Emmett Till, based on an interview with one of Till’s killers, was produced Off Off Broadway in 2015.
