Peter Schwartzstein is an environmental journalist and researcher who focuses on water, food security, and the conflict-climate nexus. He is a Global Fellow at the Wilson Center and a nonresident fellow at the Center for Climate and Security. His first book, "The Heat and the Fury: On the Frontlines of Climate Violence," was published in late 2024.
