Theodore Amey and Seth Stern are contributors to CJR. Seth Stern is the director of advocacy at the Freedom of the Press Foundation and a First Amendment lawyer. Theodore Amey met Busby while incarcerated in Texas a decade ago. He is now an activist and the outreach coordinator for Joinjeremy.org.
