Well. Here’s how the New York Post today plays the news from Iran. I’m guessing they’re alone with that headline, but I’ll take a look at other papers and report back on what I find:
By far the most common front-page image is the somewhat less furious-looking shot below of protesters in Azadi Square (often, a version by the Associated Press’s Ben Curtis). The Sacramento Bee pairs that image with the headline, “TWEETS CARRY ANGER IN IRAN,”( and prints a handful of Twitter messages on A-1). On its front page the Hartford Courant, too, credits Twitter with “getting the word out.”
